A two storey semi-detached Victorian Reproduction with two bedrooms upstairs, large private bathroom, sitting room and balcony. The main bedroom has a King bed and large open space in bay window.

The second bedroom has 2 Single beds with double doors out onto a private balcony. The upstairs sitting room also has double doors out on to the same balcony.

Downstairs the Town House has one large kitchen/ dining/ lounge room with seating for 4 guests.
Both upstairs bedrooms and the down stairs area are all air-conditioned.
